• This phone call is not a proposal! We do not offer free proposals for many reasons. 
• We believe in custom solutions. Our company focus is giving our Ideal Clients the Ideal Experience. The only way that we have found to successfully ensure that happens on each and every project is careful planning. Planning to make sure we have considered all of the design elements, like flow, form, and function. All of the structural elements like code, best practices, and best materials. These and so many other things are addressed in our Preconstruction Services. These things are often not taken fully into consideration in the traditional “free estimates” model. 
• We dislike surprises – maybe more than you do! No one likes surprises, especially when it comes to money and projects! We want to do everything we can to insure as surprise-free an experience as possible for all of our clients. We want you starting and ending each and every project with us confident and excited! We have found that our Preconstruction Services is the best way to insure that happens! Clear and accurate planning does not eliminate the possibility of a surprise over the course of our project – but it does eliminate a very high percentage of them.
